I get tired after I eat

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Organic, grow a garden. use soil no fertilizer. Every time you eat after or with entree eat raw garlic. It kills infection. Stay away from salt and high fat foods. Apple cider vinegar with whatever you eat as much as you can drink. Watermelon should be your water supply as water has lead in it. Grow a kidney bean stalk. You are a seed and you were only suppose to eat the seed as momma didn't know life exists. Get a bible some things are good in the bible and some are evil. look for the good. Genesis 1:29 Any fruit that bears a seed or any plant that bears a seed is what god intended for food. God knows why the government illegalized marijauna but i haven't yet found out why. Smoking is bad for you. it had me more addicted to it than food i use to crave. The seed the seed the seed gives you the ultimate energy. For if you eat death you shall see your death in the end. Any man made item isn't good for you if it is labled with a nutritional fact. Chemicals are bad for you use gloves and avoid them. hot water is best. Crack open a coconut and expand your brain usage. it looks like a coconut. Natural fruits and vegetables bought from stores might say organic but do you know of any cows that eat organic fruits and vegetables or just plants. Animals are suppose to eat the fruit like deer eating berries and rabbits eating carrots. There is a verse in the bible that says when you go to hell it is where the worm doesn't die research worm on google. The holy tablets specifies we use to be supreme beings than we went to human beings than to supreme than to human beings than to human waiting for us to go back to supreme.
